Check out the website for the Chamber of Commerce at http://www.borregosprings.info, or just google “Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.” Borrego Springs is grandfathered into the middle of the Park, and there’s infinite hiking and sightseeing in every direction, and several fine golf courses.

Where to Stay in Borrego Springs:

All these places are convenient to our home/office. Borrego Springs is spread out, but it’s a small, easy town, with no traffic lights. Since it's a resort area, the prices on accomodations will vary according to the season. Most of the places listed below have websites where you can check on current costs, etc.

Our favorite place in Borrego Springs is the Borrego Valley Inn. It is serene, peaceful, and elegantly southwestern. Small too - just 15 rooms, all with with great views. Beautiful native gardens, abundant continental breakfast, great coffee, private patios. AND they serve wonderful freshly baked "Shirley's Cookies" (yes, there IS a Shirley), every day at 4pm, October through May. The perfect getaway if you would like to combine an in-person session with Jodie or Steven with a little vacation. Even better, there's a discount if that's why you are coming to the desert. Gwen Marie, the big-hearted woman who runs it, says, "We'd love to offer your clients a 15% discount, across the board (except on our "Specials," which run during the summer and are an even better deal!) When they call for a reservation, your clients just need to tell us they're here to see you, and we'll happily apply the discount."
